All faculty participating in continuing medical education activities sponsored by the Crozer-Chester Medical Center are expected to disclose to the program audience whether they do or do not have any real or apparent conflict(s) of interest or other relationships related to the content of their presentation(s).
Dr. Long has disclosed that he will not present on an unapproved/investigative use of a commercial product or device. He does however, have a financial arrangement with the NIDRR (National Institute for Disabilities and Rehab.) as Grent/Research Support. A signed Investigative Disclosure/Conflict of Interest Statement is on file in the Office of Continuing Medical Education at the Crozer-ChesterMedicalCenter. |
