All faculty participating in continuing medical education activities sponsored by the Crozer-Chester Medical Center are expected to disclose to the program audience whether they do or do not have any real or apparent conflict(s) of interest or other relationships related to the content of their presentation(s).
A signed Investigative Disclosure/Conflict of Interest Statement is on file in the Office of Continuing Medical Education at the Crozer-Chester Medical Center. Dr. Gearhart does not have a financial interest/arrangement or affiliation with one or more organizations that could be perceived as a real or apparent conflict of interest. Dr. Gearhart does not present an unapproved/investigative use of a commercial product or device.
