The Crozer-Chester Medical Center is accredited by the Pennsylvania Medical Society to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians. The Crozer-Chester Medical Center designates these continuing medical education activities for the appropriate number of credit hours of Category I or Category II credit toward the AMA Physicians Recognition Award, and the Pennsylvania Medical Society membership requirement. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

Read, complete, and submit answers to the post-test questions and evaluation questions online. You must answer all missed questions until you get them correct.

Participants must receive a test score of 100% in order to proceed to the course evaluation, and they must respond to all evaluation questions to receive a certificate. |

CERTIFICATES OF COMPLETION

Following submission of the activity post test and evaluation, a certificate of completion will be forwarded to the email address provided. You may print the certificate, but you may not alter the certificate. |
